Care areas

Start with what's happening.
No forms, no intake, no story to tell twice.

Where we've found a partner who works in that area specifically, we link you straight to them, with their name and price shown first. Where we haven't yet, we point you to our guides.

UTI visits are booked and paid directly with Lemonaid Health, not with us. Diagnox earns a referral fee when you use them. It doesn't change your price.

Why this exists

Getting the answer was never the problem.
Getting to someone was.

You can buy a test at any drugstore. You can buy something for the symptoms in the next aisle. What you can't buy is fifteen minutes with someone qualified to look at both and tell you what to do about it. That part has always meant a phone tree, a waiting room, and three weeks. So we went and arranged it instead.

And when the answer is that you don't need a prescription, you'll hear that too. A clinician saying no is part of what you paid for.

We don't practice medicine.
We just refuse to leave you at the result.

Diagnox makes tests. Care is delivered by independent, licensed clinicians we've vetted and partnered with, one health area at a time rather than one generalist for everything. When you click through, you become their patient under their privacy policy. We don't see your answers, your chart, or your prescription. What we do is make sure the step after your result is already there when you need it.

How we pick a partner
  • Licensed in the state you're in
  • Focused on the condition, not general practice
  • Price shown before you start, not after
  • No membership, no subscription, no upsell to one
Questions

The ones we hear
most often.

What happens when I click through to a partner?

You leave Diagnox. The visit happens on their site, with their clinicians, under their privacy policy. You'll see the price and what's involved before anything starts.

Is Diagnox a telehealth company?

No. We make at-home tests. Every visit on these pages happens with an independent telehealth company that employs its own licensed clinicians. We introduce you and then step out of it.

Do I need to have taken a Diagnox test first?

No. These pages are here for anyone with symptoms. A result gives the clinician more to work with, but it isn't a requirement for anything.

What information does Diagnox collect on this page?

None. There's no quiz, no intake form, and nothing to fill in. We can see that someone clicked an area. We can't see who, and we don't ask.

Does Diagnox see my medical records or my prescription?

No. Once you click out, you're a patient of the partner. Nothing from that visit comes back to us.

Is any of this covered by insurance?

Our partners are cash pay, with flat prices shown before you start. For a short visit that's usually less than a copay, and there's nothing to file afterwards.

What if my condition isn't listed?

Start with everyday and primary care. It covers most of what you'd otherwise book a regular appointment for, and the clinician will tell you if you need someone more specialised.

Why does Diagnox get paid for this?

We earn a referral fee from the partner when you use them. We'd rather say that plainly than bury it in a footnote. It doesn't change your price and it has no bearing on what the clinician decides.

Will you add more areas?

Yes. We add an area when we've found a partner we'd actually send someone to, not before. That's slower than listing everything, and it's the reason two rows above say "guides for now".
