After the visit.
Keeping it from coming back.
Before you go
to Lemonaid.
Do I need a test result to start?
No. Lemonaid's clinicians work from your symptoms and health history.
How fast will I hear back?
Lemonaid guarantees a response from its medical team within 24 hours, and it's often much sooner. Their team works 7 days a week, 5am to 4pm Pacific, so a visit started after hours gets picked up when they're back on.
Can anyone use this?
No. Lemonaid treats uncomplicated UTIs online. If you're pregnant, postmenopausal, 50 or older, under 18, assigned male at birth, or have diabetes, they'll recommend seeing someone in person. The full list is above.
What if I don't need antibiotics?
The clinician will tell you, and tell you what to do instead. That's part of the visit, not a failed one.
What if my UTIs keep coming back?
Tell the clinician. Repeat infections usually need a closer look, and they may suggest seeing someone in person.
Will Diagnox see my information?
No. Once you click through, you're Lemonaid's patient under their privacy policy. Nothing from the visit comes back to us.
Is Diagnox a telehealth company?
No. We make at-home health products. Lemonaid is an independent company with its own licensed clinicians. We introduce you and step out.
