As a diabetic who frequently suffers UTIs, I found Urinox-10 to be easy to use and reasonable in price. Other brands deteriorate rapidly, once opened. Each test strip is individually sealed to prevent this problem.

Test Parameters

Leukocytes Diagnox, test parameter
Leukocytes
Leukocytes (leukocyte esterase, simply white blood cells - WBC) are the cells of the immune system that protect the body against infections. It is quite normal for a few white blood cells to be present in the urine. High levels of white blood cells in urine will result in a positive test result, which may suggest an infection, such as a UTI. Positive leukocytes in urine test may also indicate inflammation in the urinary tract.
Nitrite , Diagnox
Nitrite
Normal urine contains chemicals called nitrates. If bacteria enter the urinary tract, nitrates can turn into different chemicals called nitrites. Nitrites in urine may signal a urinary tract infection (UTI). However, UTIs can be present despite a negative Nitrite test. The nitrite in urine test also provides an indirect method for early detection of significant bacteriuria (bacteria in urine).
Urobilinogen , Diagnox
Urobilinogen
Urobilinogen is formed from the reduction of bilirubin, a yellowish substance found in the liver that helps break down red blood cells. Normal urine contains some urobilinogen (up to 1.0 mg/dL). If there is little or no urobilinogen in urine, it can mean the liver isn't working correctly. Too much urine urobilinogen (> 2 mg/dL)  may indicate liver diseases such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, hemolytic anemia, or liver damage due to drugs, etc.
Protein , Diagnox
Protein
A protein in urine test measures the concentration of protein excreted in the urine. Proteins, usually found in blood, are substances that are essential for the body to function correctly. Protein can leak into the urine if there is a kidney problem or kidney infection, such as nephrotic syndrome. The presence of protein in the urine is named Proteinuria. A urine protein test is vital to know albumin levels to assess kidney health.
pH , Diagnox
pH
A urine pH test analyzes the acidity or alkalinity of urine. A neutral pH is 7.0. The higher the number, the more basic (alkaline) it is. The lower the number, the more acidic urine is. The pH of urine may change during the day going from acidic pH in the morning to more alkaline in the evening. Urine pH is an important marker for overall health screening. Various conclusions can be drawn about the state of health from the normal urine pH.
Blood , Diagnox
Blood
Blood in the urine is not a normal finding, but it is not uncommon and not necessarily a cause for alarm. Your healthcare practitioner will investigate further to determine the source and underlying cause. Blood in urine is termed Hematuria. Several factors can cause Hematuria, including UTI, kidney infection, menstruation, and strenuous exercise.
Specific Gravity , Diagnox, test parameter
Specific Gravity
The kidneys' primary function is to maintain a healthy fluid and electrolyte balance. The specific gravity of urine measures the ability of the kidney to concentrate or dilute the urine. Urine specific gravity provides information about an individual's hydration status. Concentrated urine will have a high specific gravity, whereas dilute urine will have a low specific gravity.
Ketone , Diagnox, test parameter
Ketone
Ketones are chemicals (a type of acid) made in our liver. Everyone has them, but they're more prevalent in people who fast or are on low-carb/high-fat diets or individuals with chronic conditions like diabetes that inhibit the body's ability to produce sufficient insulin. High levels of ketones in urine (referred to as ketonuria) may indicate insufficient insulin levels and help monitor type 1 diabetes. Keeping track of ketone bodies in urine helps to monitor ketosis when on a keto diet.
Bilirubin , Diagnox, test parameter
Bilirubin
Bilirubin is a yellowish substance made during the body's normal process of breaking down red blood cells. Bilirubin is found in bile, a fluid in your liver that helps you digest food. If your liver is healthy, it will remove most of the bilirubin from your body. If your liver is damaged, bilirubin can leak into the blood and urine. Bilirubin in urine may be a sign of liver disease. Bilirubin levels should be tracked, e.g., using UA strips in liver patients.
Glucose , Diagnox, test parameter
Glucose
When blood is filtered in the kidneys, some sugar remains in the fluid that will later become urine. High glucose in the urine, known as glycosuria, is usually the result of abnormally high blood sugar levels. It is important to note that a urine glucose test is not a replacement for a blood glucose test. A Glucose blood test measures the glucose levels in the bloodstream. In contrast, urine glucose test strips measure the amount of glucose in urine secreted by the kidneys.

Test Parameters

Leukocytes , test parameter, diagnox
Leukocytes
Leukocytes (white blood cells - WBC) are the cells of the immune system that are involved in protecting the body against both infectious diseases and foreign invaders. A few white blood cells are normally present in urine and generally yield negative results. When the number of WBCs in urine increases significantly, this screening test will become positive. High levels of WBCs in the urine suggest an infection, such as a UTI.
Nitrite , Test parameter diagnox
Nitrite
Normal urine contains chemicals called nitrates. If bacteria enter the urinary tract, nitrates can turn into different, similarly named chemicals called nitrite. The presence of Nitrite in urine indicates possible asymptomatic infections caused by nitrate-reducing bacteria, which may be a sign of a urinary tract infection (UTI). To detect UTI, the presence of Leukocytes in urine is also considered. UTI can be present despite a negative Nitrite test. The Nitrite test also provides an indirect method for early detection of significant bacteriuria (bacteria in urine).
