More care partners for menopause
Menopause care isn't one thing.
Where you are decides which of these fits.
Still having periods, or stopped for a year or more? Each partner below says who it's built for. All are licensed, independent, and chosen with the same care as the partner above.
One line on what they handle — the difference from the partner above, stated as reasoning, not a coin flip.

How it works
Three steps.
None of them a waiting room.
Diagnox makes at-home tests. We don’t diagnose, we don’t prescribe, and we don’t see your answers to a clinician’s questions. When you click through, you become that clinician’s patient, under their privacy policy, not ours.
What we do is choose who we send you to. And the bar is the same for every partner on this page.
Every clinician is licensed in the state you’re in when you book.
What you’ll pay before you start, whether it’s a visit or a monthly plan. No surprise on the way out.
Partners who’d rather say no than say yes to everyone.
We learn that a visit happened. Never what was said in it.

questions
No. The clinician works from your symptoms and history, and for this visit the date of your last period matters as much as any reading. An FSH result is useful context, so mention it if you have one.
This visit is for women 45 to 59 whose periods stopped one to five years ago. It isn't the route if you've had a period in the last twelve months, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of breast or uterine cancer, blood clots, heart disease, migraine with aura, or liver or kidney problems. And any bleeding after menopause needs an in-person look, not an online one. Each partner lists its full criteria before you pay.
It covers the visit, your medication as a 90-day supply, delivery, and messaging the medical team for adjustments. There's no separate pharmacy bill. If the clinician decides hormone therapy isn't right for you, confirm: you aren't charged / refund terms. Also confirm: cancellation terms, whether the first charge is $85 or $255 for 90 days, HSA/FSA
No. The clinician prescribes when it's appropriate and safe for your history, and tells you what they'd recommend instead when it isn't. No clinician can promise a prescription before seeing your case.
Then you're likely in perimenopause, and this particular visit isn't built for it. The Menopause Stage Indicator can track where you are over a few weeks, and our everyday care lane can see you for the symptoms in the meantime. Confirm the everyday visit will discuss perimenopause symptoms.
More care
Anything else you'd normally book a doctor for.
Burning, urgency, going constantly, or a test that came back positive.
Irritation that keeps returning, discharge changes, pH out of range.
