Questions

The ones we hear most often.

Hormone-free vaginal moisturizing melts. Each one is a small suppository that softens at body temperature and dissolves, releasing a moisture-holding blend built around hyaluronic acid. You use them a few nights a week as part of your regular intimate care.

No to both. There's no estrogen and no hormone of any kind in the formula, and they aren't a medicated product.

Women 18 and older who want more everyday moisture and comfort. Moisture changes at plenty of points in life — hormonal shifts, after having a baby, while breastfeeding, during perimenopause, or with certain medications. If that's where you are, these are made for it.

Low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, which attracts and holds water, plus lactic acid, vitamin E and evening primrose oil, in a coconut-derived base with silica and candelilla wax. No parabens, glycerin or fragrance.

Wash and dry your hands. Let the melt come to room temperature — if it feels soft, chill it briefly. Unwrap it gently. Lying on your back with knees bent, squatting, or standing with one foot raised, insert it about 1–2 inches (2.5–5 cm). Stay lying down for 15–30 minutes so it can dissolve. Bedtime works best.

Two to three times a week, ideally at bedtime. Consistency matters more than frequency — they work best as a regular habit.

Many women notice more moisture and comfort within the first couple of weeks of regular use, with more noticeable results over the first month. Everyone's body is different.

Not with latex or polyisoprene condoms, or diaphragms — the oil-based formula can weaken them. These melts aren't a contraceptive and don't protect against STIs, so don't rely on those barriers while using them.

They're a moisturizer, not a lubricant. For best results, use one at bedtime and let it absorb fully before sex. For intimacy itself, reach for a separate water-based lubricant.

Yes. Skip tampons while you do, since they can absorb the melt. Use a pad or liner instead.

Yes. A clear or milky residue the next day is just the base melting — a panty liner helps. Mild tingling or warmth the first time is also normal and usually passes quickly. Discharge that's unusual in color, smell or amount is different; stop and check in with your provider.

If you are or might be pregnant, don't use them — talk to your provider. If you're breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy, check with your doctor first.

No. Moisture Melts aren't made to address infections. Itching, burning, unusual discharge or odor, fever or pelvic pain need a proper check with a provider first. Tell your doctor before using them if you've had recurrent vaginal infections or STIs.

Stop and talk to a healthcare provider if irritation, burning, itching or swelling doesn't settle within 48 hours, if you notice unusual discharge, odor or bleeding, or if you develop fever or pelvic pain. Check with your doctor before starting if you're undergoing cancer treatment or are allergic to any ingredient.

Yes. The formula is vegan and cruelty-free, with no hormones, parabens, glycerin or fragrance.
