How we work together
How an order works.
A bulk order is simpler than a wholesale account. You tell us what you need, we send a quote, you approve it.
- Quantities
Low minimums, so you can start small and test the waters. Mixed SKUs welcome. No minimum on reorders.
- Pricing
Volume pricing on a simple quote. No account setup for a one-off order.
- Shipping
To one address, or to a list of individual addresses. We handle fulfillment either way, in plain packaging.
- Co-branding
A sleeve, insert or welcome card with your logo, on orders of 2,000 or more. Anything that touches the product's labeling needs regulatory approval first, so the test and its packaging stay as they are.
- Invoicing
Card, ACH or invoice. Purchase orders welcome.

All of our Class II medical devices are FDA 510(k) cleared, hold IVDR status in the EU, and are registered with the MHRA in the UK and with Health Canada. Many of our products are CLIA-waived. Some belong to the general wellness category. Documentation for each product is available to partners on request.

Private label, selectively.
Some companies want to sell our tests under their own name. We do this with a small number of partners who can carry the regulatory responsibility that comes with putting a brand on a medical device.
If that's you, say so in the form and we'll set up a conversation. It's a longer process than a bulk order, and we'll be honest early about whether it fits.

Can I put my logo on the box?
On a sleeve, insert or outer packaging, yes, from 2,000 units. Changes to the test itself or its labeling need regulatory approval, so those stay as they are
Can you ship directly to our employees or members?
Yes. Send us a list and we ship to each address, in plain packaging, with nothing on the outside that says what's inside.
Are your tests FSA/HSA eligible?
Many are, when bought by the individual. If you're buying on behalf of others, your benefits provider decides how that's treated. We'll share the eligibility list so you can check.
Is there a minimum?
A low one, and none on reorders. If you only need a handful of kits, our online shop is the simplest route.
Can our team get a walkthrough?
Yes. A short session for whoever hands out or supports the tests, plus a plain-language guide for each person receiving one.
