Care Urinary & UTI

Burning, urgency,
going constantly?

Get care without
the waiting room.

A licensed clinician reviews your case online, within 24 hours, often much sooner. If a prescription is the right call, it goes to your pharmacy the same day.

Nothing is collected on this page. No forms, no intake, no story to tell twice. Your health questions are answered once, with the clinician.

How it works

Three steps.
None of them a waiting room.

About 10 minutes

Your symptoms, history, medicines and allergies. Choose your pharmacy and pay the flat visit fee.

We don’t practice
medicine.
We just refuse to leave
you at the result.

Diagnox makes at-home tests. We don’t diagnose, we don’t prescribe, and we don’t see your answers to a clinician’s questions. When you click through, you become that clinician’s patient, under their privacy policy, not ours.

What we do is choose who we send you to. And the bar is the same for every partner on this page.

What every care partner has to meet

  • Licensed where they see you

Every clinician is licensed in the state you’re in when you book.

  • The full price, stated up front

What you’ll pay before you start, whether it’s a visit or a monthly plan. No surprise on the way out.

  • A prescription only when it’s warranted

Partners who’d rather say no than say yes to everyone.

  • Your information stays with them

We learn that a visit happened. Never what was said in it.

questions

The ones we hear most often.

No. The clinician works from your symptoms and health history. A result is useful context, so mention it if you have one, but it isn't a ticket.

Online care is built for a straightforward UTI. Go in person today instead if you have a fever or chills, nausea or vomiting, new pain in your back or side, or symptoms for more than two weeks. Those need a closer look than a screen can give. Each partner also has its own age and health criteria; you'll see them before you pay, and the card at the top lists who this visit is right for.

The $25 covers the visit and goes to the provider. If a prescription is sent, you pay for the medication at your pharmacy. Insurance usually covers it, and a generic UTI antibiotic is inexpensive without it.

No. The clinician prescribes when it's clinically appropriate and safe, and tells you what they recommend instead when it isn't. No clinician can promise a prescription before seeing your case.

Burning, urgency and irritation have other causes. Bacterial vaginosis and yeast are the common look-alikes, and they're treated very differently. If your test didn't show anything, or you've treated the UTI and the irritation stayed, a vaginal pH test is the first thing a clinician would ask for, and our everyday care lane can see you for whatever it turns out to be.
