Professional pricing on any quantity, with deeper discounts as orders grow. Some professional formats require CLIA certification on file; we'll confirm what applies to your setting.
- Patient materials
Plain-language guides to each test your patients can take home. Same content as our packaging, nothing more.
- After the result
Our Care pages connect people with independent licensed clinicians when a result needs follow-up. We don't practice medicine, and we don't replace you.

All of our Class II medical devices are FDA 510(k) cleared, hold IVDR status in the EU, and are registered with the MHRA in the UK and with Health Canada. Many of our products are CLIA-waived. Some belong to the general wellness category. Documentation for each product is available to partners on request.

How we talk about our tests
Every claim has a source.
Everything we say about a test traces back to a 510(k) summary, an instructions-for-use document or peer-reviewed literature. Our tests are screening tools. They don't diagnose, and we say so on every box.
If you see a claim of ours you don't think we can support, tell us. We'll fix it or show you the source. That's the standard we'd want from anything we recommended to a patient, so it's the one we hold ourselves to.

What partners usually ask.
Are your tests CLIA-waived?
Many are. CLIA categorization varies by product and format, so tell us which ones you're considering and we'll send the documentation rather than a general answer.
Can I order in bulk for my practice?
Yes. Professional pricing applies to any quantity, and larger orders earn a deeper discount. Some professional formats need CLIA certification on file, which you can add in the form.
How do patients share results with me?
Results are read against the color chart in the pack. Patients can photograph the strip and bring it to you, or send it ahead of a telehealth visit.
Do you have a referral or affiliate arrangement for clinicians?
For clinicians who recommend our tests online, our affiliate program is the right fit. Practice pricing and affiliate commissions don't combine. Learn more about the affiliate program
Do you sell to hospitals or health systems?
Yes, usually through Cardinal Health at-Home or a direct wholesale account. Tell us your setup and we'll point you to the simplest route.
