Nothing here is a surprise once you've applied. This is what a wholesale account looks like.
- Pricing
Tiered trade pricing by volume. You'll see your price list the moment your account is approved.
- Minimum order
Low minimums, so you can start small and test the shelf. Mixed SKUs welcome. No minimum on reorders.
- Lead time
In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse in Texas.
- Ordering
Approved accounts order online at their own pricing, with saved payment and order history. No back-and-forth over email unless you prefer it that way.
- Listing assets
Product photography, copy, specs and regulatory documentation for every SKU, ready to list.
- Pricing protection
We keep our own retail pricing steady, and we don't run site-wide sales. You won't be undercut by us.

All of our Class II medical devices are FDA 510(k) cleared, hold IVDR status in the EU, and are registered with the MHRA in the UK and with Health Canada. Many of our products are CLIA-waived. Some belong to the general wellness category. Documentation for each product is available to partners on request.

Tell us who you are, what you sell and roughly how much. No document needed yet. There's no fee to apply, and none to hold an account.

We review
A real person reads every application. We may ask a question or two about your channels.

Your account opens
You get a login, your price list and a place to order. US accounts earn a resale certificate now so tax-exempt purchasing. First order ships like any other.
Questions
What partners usually ask.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Not to apply. In the US, we'll ask for one once your account is approved so your purchases can be tax-exempt. Outside the US we'll ask for business registration instead.
Can I sell Diagnox on Amazon or another marketplace?
Not without written approval. We manage our own marketplace listings, and unauthorized resellers create the price and quality problems we protect our partners from. If a marketplace is part of your plan, say so in the application and we'll talk it through.
Can I put my own brand on your tests?
That's a different conversation, and a longer one. Our Businesses page explains how we approach it.
Do you offer payment terms?
New accounts pay by card or ACH at checkout. Net terms are available once we've completed a few orders together.
Which products can I sell outside the US?
It depends on the market. Some products are registered in the UK and EU and not in the US, and the reverse. We'll go through the list with you before you order.
